Warranty registration

Your Stanhope-Seta equipment is guaranteed against faulty design, materials and workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of despatch. To ensure your warranty is validated and that you are notified of any product modifications please register your instrument with us.

Warranty Terms

Stanhope-Seta warrant that all products supplied will be free from defects of workmanship, design or materials for a period of 18 months from the date of leaving our factory.

During the warranty period we have the option either to repair or to replace faulty products. All claims under warranty must firstly be referred either directly to us, or via our authorised local Representative, and no goods should be returned to us until our approval has been given.

Not withstanding the above warranty, Stanhope-Seta will have no liability to repair or replace goods resulting from product mis-use or to compensate for any consequential losses however caused.
