The plunger head fits into a clearance hole in the top casting assembly of the Seta-Shell 4-Ball Lubricant Testers (19900-3 & 19800-7) between the weight and the disc. It has a thrust race bearing fitted on top of it and a bearing plug fitted into the blind hole on the base of it.
